Ghost In The Shell 2 Misses Out At Oscars

Following our previous story about Ghost In The Shell 2 being eligible for an Oscar, The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences have announced the three nominees for animated feature film, which are The Incredibles, Shark Tale and Shrek 2, so Ghost In The Shell 2 : Innocence is not in the running. Dreamsworks also released Shrek 2 and Sharks Tale along with Ghost In The Shell 2, so they've got their fair share of nominations! The Otaku News Crew wonder if the lack of a dubbed version put board members off the only anime film eligible this year.
