MCM Expo licence announcements

Date: 2013 October 26th Saturday [19:09] | Posted By: Eeeper

UK anime labels announce 2014 lineup acquisitions at London MCM Expo.
Full Story
While there was no group industry panel as sometimes happens at MCM Expo, this year only Manga UK held a panel to announce their titles for 2014. The other major labels announced their titles via social media.

Manga UK will release the following in 2014:

Dragon Ball GT will be released in two volumes in January and March. There are a total of 64 episodes.

Naruto Shippuden Movie 4: The Lost Tower will be released as a DVD release and DVD/BD combo pack in February.

Psycho-Pass will be released on DVD and blu ray in the Spring across two volumes. There are a total of 22 episodes.

Evangelion 3.33 You Can (Not) Redo will be released on DVD and blu ray in late March.

MVM UK took to their Twitter account to release their list.

In the first quarter of 2014:

Dusk Maiden of Amnesia (13 episodes total)

Infinite Stratos (Season 1)

Night Raid 1931 (13 episodes total)

Please note these will all be DVD releases for now. MVM can't confirm if any of these titles will get a blu ray release as well.

Confirmed but with no definitive release date:

Season 3 & 4 of Ikki Tousen (these also go by the titles Great Guardians and Xtreme Xecutor) (24 episodes total)

BTOOOM! (12 episodes total)

Campione (13 episodes total)

From The New World (Shin Sekai Yori) (25 episodes total)

Girls und Panzer (12 episodes total)

Seasons 1 to 3 of Familiar of Zero (36 episodes)

Series and OVA episodes of Hakuoki (34 episodes plus 6 OVA's)

Anime Limited had no release announcements, though they were busy at Expo with the co-launch of Wakanim TV.
